Pets must remain on a leash at all times within the park and must be walked outside the premises. The presence of any unregistered pets will result in immediate cancellation of the rental agreement without a refund of the rent or deposit paid.Each chalet includes a designated parking space for one vehicle. Additional vehicles may only be parked in the parking area at the entrance (at your own risk). If two vehicles need to be parked at the chalet, an additional tag or sensor must be purchased for the second vehicle. The barrier at the reception operates with a sensor/tag linked to your name, which will be provided to you upon arrival along with the keys to the chalet. Motor vehicles must not exceed a speed of 10 km/h within the park grounds, and driving on lawns or sidewalks is strictly prohibited.The reception is open during peak season from 08:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 17:30, as well as from 18:30 to 20:00. During the off-season, the reception is open from 10:00 to 18:00. On Sundays, the reception closes at 1 PM. If you are arriving outside of these hours, please notify us in advance by phone.Please note that young groups and parties are not permitted.A mandatory Damage Guarantee of EUR 25.00 is required, with coverage for damages up to a maximum of EUR 500.00 per reservation.
